We have the tools to save crops like oranges and bananas from disease, increase the nutrition of fruits and vegetables, and allow farmers to be part of the climate solution with crops that use less water, soil, fertilizers, and pesticides.

Beginning with the Obama Administration and continuing today, actions are taking place across federal agencies—USDA, FDA, and EPA—to modernize biotech regulations for plants and animals. BIO strongly believes these modernized approaches must be science-based and provide relevant transparency to consumers so that we can establish a system that allows innovation to flourish.
